Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage phone/email communications with professionalism
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for accountants
Organize and file confidential documents (both paper and digital)
Assist with client onboarding and intake of tax documentation
Data entry, scanning, and document preparation for tax season
Support bookkeeping and accounting staff with administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy, efficient workspace
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
