We are a small, busy company offering home organizing, junk hauling and moving services. Duties include:
Enter all receipts into Quickbooks, tracking payments, estimates, invoicing, filing, working with our bookkeeper to give her month-end information so she can give us our reports by following mid-month, enter payroll with Donna every 2 weeks, receive receipts and pictures by text from the crew (we will set up a separate cell phone number for you
Track truck details – including gas card reconciliation, work with junior admin for tracking of vehicle servicing, google spreadsheets
keep up to date inventory of packing supplies
It is expected that you will average 35-40 hours per week
You may work from home but need to be available to come to warehouse office on a weekly basis (Fulton/Guerneville Rd area)
We will provide a laptop.
