Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly and professional bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our firm. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for our clients as they navigate the tax preparation process.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk: Greet clients warmly and professionally as the first point of contact.
Phone Support: Manage high-volume calls, answer questions, schedule appointments, and take accurate messages.
Client Assistance: Help clients gather necessary tax documents, set up online accounts, and access our client portal.
Clerical Tasks: Handle filing, document translation, and data entry to keep client profiles current.
Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive client information and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
High School Diploma or higher; experience in customer service is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.

Peak Season: Weekend shifts required from January 15 to April 15, with overtime as needed
Compensation
Pay is starting at $22.60 per hour but could be negotiable based on experience.
Work Location
This position is on-site at our Concord office; remote work is not available.
