This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual File Clerk located in San Francisco, CA. As a Bilingual File Clerk, you will be responsible for:
Document organization: Categorizing, cross-referencing, verifying, and arranging written materials, legal papers, contracts, employee forms, and other documents
Storage and retrieval: Facilitating the storage and retrieval of both paper documents and electronic files
Record keeping: Keeping accurate records and updating filing systems
Scanning: Scanning and filing paperwork
Other clerical tasks: Answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting and responding to mail, handling schedules and calendars, maintaining office equipment and ordering supplies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and delivering mail and assisting with maintaining and ordering office supplies. The candidate should be familiar with office machines such as fax, printers and have knowledge of office management. Basic computer knowledge is a must. Fluency in English/Spanish is a must.
