Seeking experienced Bookkeeper and Office Manager to help organize business functions for a fast growing clean energy microgrid company located in Sausalito, California. The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will be an important part of the Intertie team who will help the Company maintain accurate financial records and administer some business functions. This role involves recording financial transactions, managing the billing process, tracking project specific record keeping, and assisting in preparing financial reports. We are looking for someone who can join the team now.
Qualifications, Experience:
● Financial record keeping using Quickbooks Online (“QBO”).
● Has experience with the full commercial billing process using QBO
● Basic Understanding of Financial Reporting
Open-minded and willingness to learn are key.
