We are a firm that has offered 1000’s of clients a complete personal property sales solution since 1996. We conduct auctions monthly that offer worldwide buyers a chance to bid on jewelry, artwork, and collectibles, as well as vintage and antique furnishings.
We are seeking a full time candidate who can provide assistance to our Administrator and help with front desk support, customer service, client account management, and administrative support for auction based transactions.
Having experience handling and communicating with clients about their estates and the personal property they contain is a huge plus.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Front desk representation
Answering phone calls and questions
Vetting and transferring calls to appropriate specialists
Utilizing auction enterprise level CRM’s such as Hubspot or Salesforce
Account management of consignors
Assistance with auction catalog uploads
Printing catalogs
Registering buyers for auction
Accepting and processing payments
Tracking parcel pick ups
Marking ‘sold’ or ‘returned property’ into our system
Data entry projects
Various projects as needed and guided by specialists
Education and Experience Requirements:
Must be able to work one weekend a month
High school diploma. AA or Bachelors preferred.
Multilingual ability is a plus
Use of Excel is a must. Training will be provided for our database enterprise system
Must be detailed oriented
Must be motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
Must possess attention to detail and show a can-do attitude with willingness to jump in and roll up your sleeves
An interest in things vintage and antique is a strong plus
