Dispatcher/Customer Service will ensure the smooth running of day to day operations. This is an adaptive position that requires the ability to quickly pivot and change course while still being able to keep the day to day running smooth. This position includes open and close responsibilities.

The following duties and responsibilities are expected from office staff
-Dispatch
-pre assignment of work
-Real time assignments to couriers
-Collecting data for invoicing purposes
-Support for couriers on the road.
Customer service
-answer phone and emails
-field customer questions
-update customers on orders
-providing estimates and quotes
-collecting payment information
-create, send, and charge an Invoice
-Booking/confirming deliveries for customers
-forwarding new accounts to management
