Assist with daily dispatching and coordination with plumbers
Post and maintain online / social media accounts
Respond to Google and Yelp reviews
Support current dispatchers with work flow management
Use of scheduling apps, Service Titan is a plus
Communicate with customers and techs to ensure a timely service
Update and manage CRM systems
Other office and admin duties
