We are a fast growing plumbing company dedicated to providing excellent customer service and high quality workmanship. We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to manage our social media presence and support day to day dispatch operations using the Service Titan platform. You will also be in charge for running ads and Google Ads/SEO campaign.
Create, schedule and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc).
Capture photos/videos of team activities, job sites(when allowed).
Monitor engagements, respond to comments/ messages.
Perform SEO and GoogleAds to keep company on par with daily Google Ads updates
Track social media performance and help grow audience reach
Dispatch plumbers and coordinate job schedules through Service Titan
Communicate with technicians, customers and management to ensure daily operations
Answer incoming calls and assist customers when needed
Buy and sell company related items on the internet
Qualifications
Experience with social media management
Familiarity with Service Titan, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Customer service or dispatch experience a plus
