About the Opportunity
We are launching a new Staffing & Recruiting office and are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to grow with the business, help establish key processes, and step into a full-time role as operations expand.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Team
Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, compliance documentation, and employee communications
Support recruiting activities such as posting jobs, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate pipelines
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and manage email communications
Organize files, documents, and confidential information with a high level of accuracy
Assist with client communication, scheduling, and follow-up
Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Support general office operations for a new and growing staffing franchise
Qualifications
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar administrative/HR role
Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
HR or recruiting background strongly preferred
Experience handling confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Marketing, Social Media and general office technology
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional, dependable, and comfortable in a startup-like environment
