Successful, established South Bay commercial electrical contractor seeks a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to work with our executive team performing a myriad of construction office tasks. We have been in business for over 30 years, and are seeking an individual who wants to help us refresh our organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems a Must
- 5+ Years Office Experience - Construction Background Preferred

. Ability to interface with all aspects of our business, possess excellent customer service attitude, integrity, timeliness, organizational skills, and be a proficient communicator.
. Be dynamic, motivated, dependable, able to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, manage/prioritize work load and follow through responsibly in a fun and casual environment.
. You will report to our CEO/EVP and must be the type of person who enjoys working with others as this is a team-oriented position.
. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook and Excel.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Employee must be in good physical condition; possess good manual dexterity; be able to sit, stand, kneel, and squat; be able to lift at least 25 lbs.; and be able to hear, speak and see within normal ranges (use of corrective devices is allowed). Must be able to drive or have own transportation.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Typical office work conditions in a casual, fun and busy construction office. Will have own workstation, computer, telephone extension, chair, etc. Family oriented company. We have a kitchen with coffee, sodas, refrigerator, microwave etc.
