We are looking for a part time administrative professional with experience to join our team in our St. Helena, CA office.
The Administrative Assistant supports a small green industry Sales team.
Some of the daily tasks include: scheduling appointments, managing phones, client coordination, AP/AR, maintaining the office environment as well as supplies and equipment, processing payroll, running various reports, attending meetings and recording minutes.
A self-starter/motivated individual is a must.
