The Kim Grant Tennis Academy is seeking an experienced Administrative professional to be a part of our team. Kim Grant has been serving the SF Peninsula with quality tennis instruction for 15 years. The Academy has been featured on Best of the Bay and has been awarded several Palo Alto small business awards for its excellent services and instruction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Checking-in our clients for lessons or tournamnet players
Welcoming players and calling players for tournament matches from check-in desk
Entering scores for players
Processing payments
Providing clientele with exemplary customer service
Answering text, email, phone, and in person inquiries
Booking appointments on online schedule
Desk set up and pack up at tournaments
Processing services and items on the POS system
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Professionalism (appearance, mannerisms, communication, etc.)
2+ years administrative experience
Unwavering punctuality
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent communicator (orally and written)
Self - starter
Problem Solver
Calm, yet effective, under pressure
Ability to efficiently multi-task
Fast learner and detail oriented
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Willing to accept challenging tasks and special projects as assigned/needed
Ability to develop and/or improve procedures
Tennis knowledge and/or experience are preferred.
