Lobby Receptionist, $20 - $22.00/Hr.
Job Qualifications:
Dependable and on time.
Strong Ability to multitask required.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Professional and friendly attitude.
Experience with multi-line switchboard phone.
Strong work ethic, ability to take initiative and follow through.
Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Duties:
Answering multi-line phone and announce each company’s name.
Transferring Calls.
Welcoming and directing all visitors.
Processing Incoming/Outgoing Packages and some Mail.
Maintaining lobby, break room, and conference room cleanliness.
Booking conference rooms.
Setting Up Coffee Station.
Assisting with administrative projects.
