JOB DUTIES:
-Greet customers and answer phones
-Perform customer follow up calls
-Perform data entry
-Provide support to office staff
-Order and receive parts
-Manage multiple office office tasks
-Maintain front office and customer waiting area clean and neat at all times.
-Perform related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills and demeanor
-Must be organized and attention to details
-Fast learner and able to work independently
-Computer literate
-Bi-lingual a plus
-Experienced with auto body shop a plus, but will train the right candidate with willingness to learn and grow with company.
