POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Documentation Clerk to join our team. This person will play a crucial
role in supporting the operations team with all steps in processing a high volume of documents. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Prior office experience is preferred, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Document Management: Assist Documentation team with the following tasks, with a goal of performing these steps independently:
- General filing
- General copying and scanning of documents
- Reviewing documents for completeness and ensuring all expected documents have been received
- Processing documents, including saving to network drives, renaming files, creating and updating the table of contents and printing documents
- Maintaining and updating records in SharePoint and other document management systems
Team Collaboration
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Pulling, packing, and shipping weekly shipments of documents by entity
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Other Tasks
- Process incoming mail and packages as assigned and review for completeness
- Prepare FedEx Labels and manage shipping supplies/ inventory
- Other tasks and assist other departments as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
In office position Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organization skills
Excellent verbal, written communication, and typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivation
Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (completed or in process) required
At least one year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role or with a high volume of documents
