Full-Time Office Assistant – Must Speak Spanish – Training Provided –

We are a family-owned international moving and crating company based in San Francisco. We specialize in worldwide shipping, export crating, artwork handling, and household goods relocation. With a busy operation, we’re looking for a dependable Office Assistant to work full-time at our Bayview office.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage company emails; draft responses for management review

Coordinate with clients and overseas agents (document requests, updates, follow-ups)

Prepare shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)

Enter bills and invoices into QuickBooks Online (training provided)

Maintain shipment logs and track job progress

Provide professional customer service in Spanish and English (phone and email)

Support scheduling of pickups/deliveries and follow up with customers

Assist with light marketing/admin tasks (emails, lists, social media scheduling)

Qualifications:

Bilingual: Spanish & English required (written and spoken)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Computer skills required; QuickBooks experience a plus (training provided)

Previous admin or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Details:

Full-time, on-site (San Francisco – Bayview District)

Monday to Friday schedule

Pay based on experience and reliability

Training provided in all company systems and processes
