We are an established property management company based in Burlingame, seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. We’re a fun, hardworking group dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our residents, clients, and colleagues.
About the Role
We’re looking for a self-starter who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Typical Tasks Include:
Opening and sorting mail
Data entry in AppFolio (training provided if needed)
Filing invoices and general paperwork
Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in visitors
Providing support to colleagues on various office and property-related projects
Schedule & Compensation
Pay: $27 per hour
Hours: Flexible 4-hour shift, Monday–Friday (anytime between 9 AM – 5 PM)
Location: Burlingame, CA
Qualifications
Prior office admin experience required; HR experience a plus
Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
