Looking for a part-time, friendly assistant w/excellent communication skills & a keen eye for detail to work alongside business owner in her home office, maintaining day to day office tasks & keeping everything organized & stocked.
Qualifications:
MUST BE ADEPT at Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, email/Gmail, Google drive & Internet research navigation. Knowledge of Constant Contact, Word Press & social media posting a plus, but will train the right person.
Must be willing to multi-task in an occasionally busy environment w/interruptions, while maintaining professionalism & respect.
As a personal assistant, the job includes: answering phones, grocery shopping, errands, watering plants, food prep, light cooking, occasional driving to/from appointments & flexibility in schedule.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., have a valid driver’s license, & love animals. (1 dog & 1 cat).
