Position: RECEPTIONIST Full Time & Part Time
New Car Dealership has an immediate opening for a full-time / part-time Receptionist
Minimum Requirements:
Team player, willingness and ability to work within a full spectrum of duties.
Skill Level:
Good organization and communication skills; ability to work independently, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure, and the ability to work and deal diplomatically with all levels of Company personnel and customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answering and directing heavy incoming calls
Receptionist functions
Postage and mailing functions
Clerical and Accounting Support functions
Cashiering
Experience:
Knowledge of Automotive Dealership a PLUS
Front Desk and Telephone Skills:
Heavy Telephone and/or switchboard experience.
Knowledge of Excel and Word.
