Household assistant for 8 hours+ per week assisting couple in Piedmont.
Wednesday, and Thursdays, 11:00-3:00, but flexibility is possible. Must have good fluency in spoken and written English. Applicant must be strong, and able to lift 50 lbs. Must have own car.
Duties include cleaning , errands, organization, light housekeeping, weekly laundry, light food prep and packaging, grocery shopping, internet shopping, errands using your own car, troubleshooting problems with services we subscribe to, internet research for hard-to-find items, making reservations, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot common computer and mobile phone problems a must. Knowledge of non-toxic cleaning practices and organic food purchasing a must.
Can perform very basic handyman/gardener jobs needed for a household such as putting together self-erecting furniture, hanging pictures, small painting jobs, changing lightbulbs, occasional deep cleaning areas, tightening handles, planting annuals, etc.
Wage will be commensurate with experience.
