Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. If you have good communication and data entry skills, this is the job for you.
Duties
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist in organizing office activities and operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and emails
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable billing
- Restock kitchenette
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
