Military Mortgage Professionals is looking for a Full Time Loan Officer Processing Assistant to help support the processing staff in Danville Office.
Processing Assistants:
-Reviews residential loan application files to verify the application data is complete
-Sets up loan file using the loan officer checklist
-Verify appraisal, title, and credit have been ordered for all files within pipeline
-Submits complete files to Processing Dept.
-Clears any conditions that require communication to the borrowers
-Call and obtain conditions from borrowers
-Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements :
-Must have a positive "do what it takes" attitude
-Good communication skills with ability to multi task with internal staff, LO's
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook applications
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks
-Reliable and dependable
-Includes Training, if applicable.
-Good Position for College Student/Grad wanting to learn Real Estate Finance
