Job Title: Order Entry / Administrative Clerk Professional

Location: Hayward, California (near Highway 92/880)

Salary: Open, DOE. Please state your salary expectations.

Shift Hours: 12 midnight to 8am, We are in a secure and professional building, located in a corporate business park.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Order Entry / Administrative Professional to join our team in Hayward, California. (near HWY 92 off ramp) The ideal candidate will be professional and positive, and handle a variety of clerical and customer service duties in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including orders through email, fax, and voice mail. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders (email/fax/voice), ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses.

Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, directing calls and taking messages as needed.

Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

Process pick tickets, and invoices, ensuring proper documentation for billing and records.

Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a order entry / customer service role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with the Hayward / San Mateo 92 Bridge/880 location is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hours: 12 Midnight to 8am.
