Job Title: Administrative / Clerk Professional

Location: Hayward, California (near Highway 92/880)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday: 10am to 630pm.

Salary: We are open, $18-23 / DOE. Please state your salary expectations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Professional to join our team in Hayward, California. (near HWY 92 off ramp) The ideal candidate will be professional and positive, and handle a variety of clerical and customer service duties in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred to serve our diverse customer base effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, directing calls and taking messages as needed.

Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

Process customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses.

Receive and verify driver invoices, ensuring proper documentation for billing and records.

Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse customer base.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with the Union City area and Highway 92/880 location is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hours: 10am to 630pm.
