We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our Healdsburg office running smoothly. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations, bookkeeping, and general office management.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing office tasks, scheduling, and correspondence
- Handling QuickBooks Pro entries, invoicing, and reconciliations
-Assisting with records, vendor coordination, and light project support
Ideal candidate:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Pro and basic accounting
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable in a small, fast-paced office environment
- Part-time or full-time available depending on experience. Competitive pay based on skills.
