Responsibilities:
Answering inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
Providing assistance to dispatch, finance and sales departments
Oversee office space equipment and supply ordering
Organizing and ensuring fulfillment of city compliance documents
Reviewing and preparing employees' time-sheets for payroll
Process purchase orders and vendor invoices for accounts payables
Receiving customer work orders and assigning to appropriate personnel
Handling confidential and sensitive documents with discretion and maintaining central filing systems
Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Work schedule is M-F, 9:00AM to 5:30PM
