We are looking for someone to join our team. Position is 6 hours a day (9am – 3pm) 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) in office.
Our electrical subcontractor office utilizes excel, word, PDF, Google email/calendar, Asana, standard and plotter printers - experience with these are a plus but not required. We are looking for the right teammate.

Office Assistant Primary responsibilities
Our office assistant will assist with various tasks to support the team. This typically involves ensuring team members can collaborate, work efficiently, and have the necessary tools to meet upcoming deadlines. Here are some of the primary duties and responsibilities:
o bid preparation
o following up on the progress of action items and other tasks and reporting to the office manager as needed
o supporting team members in completing their tasks to ensure they meet milestones as needed
o updating and organizing project files, such as meeting minutes, schedules, submittals, COs etc
o using/upkeeping task management software
o maintain files/reports for managers
o facilitating communication among team members and liaising with the office manager
o providing administrative support when necessary
o writing and distributing project-related messages, such as memos and status updates to field leads
