Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Assist with Accounts Payable using QuickBooks - data entry, and reporting.
Help with office organization to ensure efficient workflow.
Support with document management, and coordinating internal tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of general office experience.
Some experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
