OFFICE ASSISTANT – Auto Body Shop
We are a multi-location Auto Body repair shop located in San Francisco and are looking for candidates to fill our Office Assistant positions in San Francisco. Training will be provided (Main Office on Bush St)
Duties will include:
· Answering phones
· Scheduling appointments
· Filing and record keeping
(After provided training)
· Scanning documents into work files
· Posting customer/insurance payments
· Posting part vendors invoices
· Ability work independently and be WELL organized.
Prior auto body/repair shop experience a plus
Full-time Monday-Friday, maybe occasional overtime
Competitive pay based on experience
