Office/Ops Manager - Construction

Family owned construction company is seeking an operations manager for their office located in Hayward. Primary responsibilities include:

1. Time tracking and time card management for field employees

2. Coordinate payroll with our payroll manager using ADP

3. Managing deliveries to our office and yard

4. Onboarding of new employees

5. Manage staffing and address HR issues as needed

6. General office duties such as filing, tidying, and organizing

7. Coordinate with outside consultants - bookkeeping, HR, etc.

8. Assist foreman's and field crews as needed with requests for deliveries, documents, etc.

9. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

10. Bi-lingual: English/Spanish is a plus but not required

Position is located at our office in Hayward and remote work is not an option.

Part time or full time. For part time a minimum of M-F from 8am to 1pm in the office is required. For full time hours would be 7am-3pm M-F.

Prior experience in a construction company is a requirement as we are unable to train.
