Construction Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Seeking a full or part time bookkeeper/ office manager for small residential builder in San Rafael. Ideal candidate will have 2 years of bookkeeping experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial transactions, bank reconciliations, manage accounts payable receivable.

Work with the general contractor or project manager to provide detailed financial reporting and budget for construction projects are accurately forecasted.

Data entry to ensure all financial data is entered into accounting software correctly.

Update and maintain accurate financial records, insurances, contracts, annual budgets, tax reporting and financial statements

Process invoices, checks, and payroll reporting accurately and on time.

Exceptional organization, analytical, problem solving, and communications skills.

Familiar with construction accounting concepts, tax strategies, and best practices.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, and QuickBooks.
