Part-time Pacifica Personal Assistant:
Seeking a person who is self-motivated, efficient, resourceful, personable and good-natured. This position is for an individual that is retired and/or looking for supplemental additional income.
Pay Range: $25-30 per hour DOE
Part-time: 30-40 hours a month
Hybrid Setting: Some in office work
Position Responsibilities:
- Time management tracking, scheduling appointments (business and personal)
- Drafting, proofreading, understanding contracts and correspondence (business and personal)
- Moderate property management tasks (IE: Property listing, Lease agreements, tenant correspondence)
- Handle confidential and non-routine information (business and personal)
- Sourcing of materials/equipment/supplies. Sourcing from online, local shops, known manufacturers, retailers, private citizens, and as needed (business and personal)
-Maintain general office management and appearance as needed and implement any necessary processes/procedures.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Effective, clear and concise communicator
-Strong writing skills
- Tech Savy
- knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
- At least 3 years prior Office Management and Personal Assistance
