- Part time M-F from 8AM – 1PM
- Hard skills : email, data entry, general administrative duties; Answering, logging calls
- Soft skills: screen calls, triage
- Relevant experience: customer support position, industry not relevant. Mechanical / service / equipment / parts supplier is a plus
- Ideal candidate: relevant experience in warehousing, inventory control, not specific to any industry.
- Taking calls and recording all necessary information and determining the nature of the call, who they are (tech, dealer, misc), entering the information into Monday's and transferring it to service for intervention.
- Reviewing service call board to ensure calls are in correct status / need follow-up, etc.
- knowledge with UPS and Preparing labels is a plus
- Cycle counts for inventory, update master inventory
- Answering emails as needed and escalating to technical support

- Our Software (mondays.com) is not complicated or technical in nature. It's basic and everything that needs to be done on it can be taught.
