Job Description

TRUGlobal is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role ensures the CEO’s operations run smoothly, handling schedules, travel, and personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Schedule meetings and appointments.

Travel Coordination: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation; prepare itineraries.

Meal and Event Planning: Order food and make restaurant reservations.

Transportation: Book cabs and self-drive when necessary.

Reminder Services: Provide timely reminders for utility bills and deadlines.

Administrative Support: Manage correspondence and personal errands with discretion.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous PA or similar role; executive-level schedule and travel management.

Skills: Organizational, time-management, and communication skills; proficiency in scheduling software.

Attributes: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, flexible.

Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to Mexico.
