Tasks:
running local errands (in the East Bay) for a queer, disabled person such as grocery store, pharmacy, and pet store
providing COVID-safe in-home cleaning support (laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dishes) for a disabled person.
disinfecting all purchased items with alcohol and putting them away according to instructions provided is a key part of this position
COVID safe mail & package sanitation
taking out trash, recycling, and compost
Administrative support:
supporting tracking and ordering needed supplies, healthcare items, or PPE
assisting with scheduling for work meetings and other appointments
coordinating house maintenance with repair people
related tasks as needed
Position Skills/Requirements:

Be vaccinated and boosted.
Be comfortable wearing non-latex gloves, N95 mask, and doing rapid COVID tests on the day(s) of your shift. PPE and testing will be paid for as part of the position.
Be detail-oriented and and have excellent attention to detail
Have strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and work well independently
Be a collaborative problem-solver
Be willing and comfortable asking questions if you are uncertain or need support
Have excellent communication skills
Follows careful COVID-safe protocols and recently tested
Owns low-scent or fragrance-fee vehicle or has easy, consistent access to one
Have experience and/or solidarity with Disability Justice principles and practices a plus.
Arrives on time.
Responsible, kind, and consistent.
Have ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
