Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP, a national leader in plaintiffs' class action and multi-plaintiff litigation, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, experienced and professional Legal Receptionist. Candidates must have a mastery of multi-line phone system and enjoying working in a fast-paced front-office environment. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a willingness to be adaptable in their approach to work and in their daily interactions with members inside and outside of the firm. Must have a minimum of three years of previous receptionist/front office experience preferably in a law firm or legal department setting or other professional services environment. The shift hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (in person). This is a temp to permanent position.
