Position Overview
We’re seeking a Part-Time Residential Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our home construction and remodeling projects. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule key milestones and timelines across multiple projects and crews, including but not limited to materials decisions and ordering, site inspections, and client invoicing.
Sending and managing contracts and payment of client invoices.
Manage, send, and secure change orders as needed.
Coordinate materials procurement and deliveries to job sites.
Identify potential risks and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Prior experience in residential construction project management, coordination, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
