Now Hiring: Administrator/Office Manager with Growth Potential

About Us:

A hardworking, Property Management Company in West Sonoma County is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential for creating a positive first impression at the front desk, via phone, and email. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ambition to grow. There is potential for career development in marketing, property management, and real estate.

Qualifications:

Punctual and reliable.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and neatness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong follow-through.

Trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with individuals of all backgrounds and professional levels.

Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and maintain focus.

Bilingual (helpful but not required).

Familiarity with Sonoma County, especially Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park and west of Hwy 101, is helpful.

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.

Communicating with team members in the office

General Job Duties:

Answer multiline phone system promptly and professionally.

Greet clients, guests, and tenants warmly.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Assist potential tenants with property viewings.

Uphold Fair Housing regulations.

Perform data entry, filing, and typing tasks.

Schedule office meetings, including preparing agendas and taking notes.

Keep the office organized and manage supplies inventory.

Assist multiple supervisors with assigned tasks.

Process rental applications efficiently.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.

Familiarity with internet search engines and online tools.

Additional Experience and Growth Potential:

Managing social media accounts

Creating brochures and property-specific marketing content.

Employment Details:

Pay: Starting at $25.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience).

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Benefits:
