Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Scarlett Law Group – 80 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Suite 2J, Larkspur, CA 94939

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Scarlett Law Group is seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Larkspur office. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and supporting our legal team. Punctuality is essential—the selected individual must be prompt at 8:30 AM daily and remain until 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, including prospective clients, current clients, opposing counsel, and vendors.

Maintain a courteous, professional, and calm demeanor at all times.

Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, copying, and organizing documents.

Draft, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word.

Assist with daily office operations and support staff as needed.

Learn and master new tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Ability to efficiently scan, organize, and file documents.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the firm.
