Small business owner in San Rafael looking for a part-time assistant. You must be mature, highly organized, and detail oriented. Since you will be interacting with customers, any experience in customer service is a bonus (barista, waitress, etc).
We don’t have an office, so, if you’re not visiting customers, you will be working from home or working with me at a coffee shop. Looking for someone local in Marin.

Main things I need help with:
– Answering the phone and scheduling clients
- Meeting customers to do cleaning estimates
- Creating and sending quotes
- Manage company CRM
– Running a few errands
- Update Facebook page once a week
– Light event planning
Required
- Basic computer skills
- Know how to use Google suite
- Basic social media skills
- Must have reliable vehicle to do estimates and run errands
Pay starts at $25/hr 20–30 hours a week, W2, and may become a full-time position.
Hours: M-F 8:30am -12:30pm/2pm
