Looking for a team player that can assist a Regional Manager in a property management company. We manage close to 100 properties between San Jose and San Mateo. You would be out in the field going to different properties as well as working from your home or if you prefer come in and work from our office .
The hours can be very flexible 10 to 20 hours a week. We can also be flexible about the hours and days you work .
Examples of tasks we need help with are below:
Posting notices to tenants at different buildings.
Doing walks of buildings looking for safety issues
Meeting vendors at properties to help coordinate work
Meeting tenants for move in and move out inspections
Spanish speaking is a plus
Property Management experience is a plus
Must have good driving record, insurance and current license.
