I am a commercial real estate investor managing 10 commercial properties in the bay area (mixed use & office). It is important that this role be filled by someone who has prior commercial real estate admin experience w/ the specific tasks below. I am looking for a part-time/mainly remote assistant to assist with:
Maintaining property deal files online (and experience/recommendations for best online applications - I have used Google Drive and need something better).
Creating a system for each property that manages:
- Distributions to investors
- Property LLC admin management & annual payments
- Coordination with Property Managers, bookkeepers, accountants, etc.
General organization including everything associated with a property including leases, loan docs, purchase agreements, LLC info, taxes, etc. etc.
This is a contract/part-time job and hours would fluctuate - ideal for someone who perhaps already has a fulltime job in the industry and is looking for a side hustle. Would pay on an hourly basis. I live in Lamorinda area and once set-up, could largely be remote. Would probably only need to meet occasionally.
