Experienced Bi-lingual Spanish Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant needed for a Fast Growing Mortgage Company serving the "Latino Community" Team Player must have experience in the Mortgage Industry and terminology, POINT software, must know how to calculate income, stack a file, work with title companies and the ability to manage a pipeline, will be responsible calling customers for conditions needed to close Mortgage Loans in 30 days or less, will work closely with Mortgage Loan Officer in order to ensure satisfactory customer service levels to Realtors and Clients.
