Key Responsibilities:
Property Showings: Conduct property showings for prospective tenants, providing detailed information and answering questions to facilitate decision-making.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and personalized attention throughout the leasing process.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local real estate trends, property availability, and competitive market rates to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:
California Sales Agent License: Must possess a valid CA real estate sales agent license.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for traveling between property showings.
