Prolific CRE Broker looking for tech savvy recent college graduate or licensed agent willing to work hard and learn the ropes. This role is not for everyone but almost anyone with a very strong work ethic that is organized and money motivated can enjoy great success. The job will include learning every aspect of strategic retail site selection, investment real estate sales, tenant and landlord representation and executive committee presentation creation and positioning.
Candidate will learn how to calculate IRR, Cap Rates, lease and purchase negotiations, pro-forma forecasts and cash on cash returns.
