Are you passionate about real estate and love helping people find their perfect home or business space? High Tide Property Management is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leasing both residential and commercial properties, playing a vital part in helping tenants and businesses find their ideal spaces while representing our professional yet fun coastal brand.
What You’ll Do:
Assist prospective tenants with property showings, applications, and leasing paperwork for both residential and commercial properties.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Market available properties through online platforms and social media.
Coordinate and schedule property showings, ensuring seamless experiences for prospective tenants and businesses.
Conduct property inspections before move-ins to ensure properties meet our quality standards.
Work closely with our property management team to ensure smooth tenant placement processes.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for real estate and helping people and businesses find their perfect space.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of local rental markets in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, and Monterey Counties is a plus.
Previous leasing or property management experience preferred but not required.
A California Real Estate License is required. If you don’t have one, you must obtain it within six months of employment.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Weekends required, 9am-6pm with an hour break.
