Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of the properties
- Advertise and Lease units – strong leasing skills
- Maintain strong tenant relations and handle lease renewals
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff
- Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease terms
- Maintain records, bookkeeping, and property management software (AppFolio, Entrada, Yardi preferred)
- Oversee property maintenance requests and inspections
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Leasing experience is a must
Experience with AppFolio, Entrada, or Yardi a plus
Personal vehicle required
Bookkeeping skills (beginner-advanced) a plus
Strong network of vendors, handymen, and contractors in Concord preferred
Spanish-speaking is a plus
