We are seeking a person or couple who can live on-site at our well located, family-owned apartment building in the center of San Carlos.
The role has two aspects. On-site management to show units and deal with appointments. The second piece is to conduct light maintenance, dependent on the capabilities of the successful candidate(s). Compensation will be adjusted in some form of free rent, depending on the person's capabilities.
A successful candidate should be qualified to handle these duties:
Management:
Daily walk/review of property
Scheduling maintenance, vendors and installation of equipment
Handling inspections with the fire department and city and others
Enforcement of community conduct
Tenant communication re: renewals and misc. requests
Overall responsibility for the property running smoothly
Maintenance:
Regular cleaning of lobby and common areas to ensure they are presentable
Light gardening to supplement regular gardening service
Light plumbing (if capable)
Painting (if capable)
Appliance swap-out / repair when possible
