Need periodic help with showings to prospective tenants, move-in and move-out walk-throughs, inventories of personal property, and related property management tasks for a rental property in Santa Cruz. Background in real estate, property maintenance, or handyman, landscaping, security, repair, or construction skills would be a plus, but is not required. The ideal candidate will be personable, have transportation, and be available on an as needed basis. Nonsmoking only, sober, drug-free, and must be able to pass a background check. Prefer someone who lives or works in the Santa Cruz area.
